An Interlude is a pause between movements.
It is not a break. It is the space where you catch your breath before the next act. A monthly event for leaders who carry more than anyone sees, built for the ones everyone relies on, and no one checks on.
You are the one who handles it. And no one fully sees what that costs.
You left a board meeting and went straight to a caregiving situation. You walked through the door carrying what no one on your team knows you carry. You are exceptional at what you do, and you never stop doing it, even when no one is watching.
You are not burned out in the dramatic sense. You are quietly, persistently full.
The Interlude is not therapy. It is not a workshop with a meal attached. It is a curated experience designed for the leader who is always designing the room for everyone else. This one was built for you.
Some leaders have never been in a room that was made for them.
They are always making the room for someone else instead. The Interlude exists to change that, one dinner at a time, one city at a time.
You will not be asked to explain what you are carrying before anyone believes you. It walked in with you. That is enough.
What you will find when you walk through the door.
The Room
Small by design. Intimate by intention. No panels, no pitches, no performance. Just a table where every voice matters.
The Table
A curated experience. Real food, real presence. Something someone actually thought about, for people who are rarely on the receiving end of that kind of care.
The Conversation
Facilitated, not lectured. One grounding reflection to open the space. Then the room carries it. You will go somewhere real.
The Closing
You will leave with something you cannot put in a slide deck. The feeling of being understood by people doing the same thing you are doing.
The Cost
Your meal. That is it. Because the people who need this room most have already given enough.
The Seats
Very limited, every time. Curated intentionally. This is an event for leaders who are ready to be seen.
"You will not be asked to perform. You will simply be in a room with people who understand what it means to carry the weight you carry."

How Often, and Where
The Interlude happens once a month. Every event is small, curated, and shaped around the same promise: no explaining required.
Everything you're wondering,
answered plainly.
What is the Interlude Dinner?
A small, curated event for high-performing leaders who are also caregivers, built around one evening of real, unguarded conversation with people who already understand what you carry.
Who is this for?
Dual-reality leaders. Executives, managers, and professionals who are also caring for a parent, spouse, child, or sibling, and who rarely get a room built for them instead of by them.
Is this a support group or therapy?
No. There is no clinical facilitation and no group therapy structure. It is a hosted meal with one grounding reflection to open the evening, then genuine conversation among people who understand the weight without needing it explained.
What does it cost?
The cost of your meal. Nothing more.
How often does it happen, and where?
Once a month. Seats are limited at every event.
How do I find out about the next one?
Reserve your seat on the current Interlude page, and Sherry will follow up personally with details.
