The Harmony Hero

Every Leader Is Holding Something Together.

Most of It, No One Can See.

Sherry Grote is The Harmony Hero, caffeinated, duct-taped together, and dancing through the storms. Two decades in boardrooms. Twelve years at a hospital bedside. She teaches leaders how to hold both without dropping either.

Harmony isn't balance achieved. It's balance held with one hand on the strategy deck and one on the duct tape.

Both hands full.
Still dancing.

Most leadership advice assumes your hands are free. Yours rarely are. One is holding a strategy deck. The other is holding everything else including

  • caregiving schedules
  • hard phone calls
  • families that need you present
  • and jobs that needs you sharper

Sherry Grote holds things together when nothing else will. Not because it looks graceful. Because it works.

Caffeinated. Duct-taped. Still moving. The Harmony Hero Initiative was built for leaders living exactly there, in the middle of two full lives at once, refusing to let either one go.

You don't need balance that looks perfect. You need balance that holds, even mid-storm.

The Four Anchors

The Harmony Hero Framework runs on four anchors, the steady points that keep leadership from tipping over when life gets uneven and the Diet Coke is gone.

Get any one of them wrong and the whole thing falls.

Get all four holding together, and you’ve got something that stands through real weather, not just the forecast that looked manageable on Monday.

This Is for the Leader Who Is Carrying More
Than Anyone in That Room Knows

You are not struggling because you are not capable. You are struggling because the prevailing leadership model was not built for someone holding this much, this well, and for this long.

Sherry works with leaders who are done performing a version of themselves that fits the room. Leaders who are ready to show up caffeinated instead of composed, duct-taped instead of polished, and still get the win…because that’s what integrated leadership actually looks like.

Specifically, this work is for:

Executives and senior leaders who are scaling organizations and losing the story in the process

Marketing leaders who know the strategy is right but cannot get the teams to hold together

HR leaders building cultures where people can actually bring their full capacity to work

Leaders navigating caregiving alongside their careers, who need a framework built for two lives at once, not one

Organizations and event planners looking for a keynote that goes beyond inspiration and lands in genuine transformation

Sherry's Story

Sherry Grote spent two decades driving revenue and leading strategy in high-growth B2B organizations. She knows what it means to be responsible for results, to hold a team together through uncertainty, to lead through change when no one around you feels calm enough to follow.

She has also spent the last twelve years as a caregiver for her husband after a brain stem stroke. Board meetings and hospital rooms. Quarterly planning and medical decisions. There was no clean separation between those lives, and she stopped pretending there should be.

That is where the Harmony Hero™ Framework was born. Not from theory. From the realization that the leaders who sustain real influence are not the ones who compartmentalize. They are the ones who integrate.

She holds a pastoral license that grounds her leadership philosophy in something older and steadier than the latest business trend. She has been called Switzerland by friends and a utility player by colleagues, someone who walks into any room and finds the steady point that makes people move together..

She is a co-author of the number one bestselling Influence in Action series. She has spoken at the World Diversity in Leadership Conference, the Mississippi Health Disparities Conference, appeared on several podcasts including: Revenue Rehab, Badass Leaders, Mind Matters, and Bee Formless. On every stage and in every conversation, the message is the same.

Your calm is your competitive edge.

Your presence is your power.
