In the beginning, there was conflict

In the midst of a heated argument between two strong-willed women in my kitchen, I found myself at the heart of a conflict. Drawing on the principles I’d developed throughout my life, I quickly transformed the chaos into harmony, facilitating a resolution that both were pleased with. From that moment, my close friends started calling me ‘Switzerland,’ a nickname that stuck for many reasons. But it was when I bridged the gap between my professional skills and personal experiences—between my career and caregiving—that I truly discovered the essence of what would become The Harmony Hero Framework.
